Due to their delayed mode of action, anticoagulant rodenticides may require 4 to 10 days after bait intake to be effective.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eHow to use\u003c\/b\u003e \u003cbr\u003eRead and follow the instructions on the product before use as well as any information accompanying the product or provided at the point of sale.\u003cbr\u003e Remove food sources that are easily accessible to rodents (e.g. spilled grain or food scraps). Also, do not clean up the infested area immediately before treatment, as this only disturbs the rodent population and makes it more difficult to gain acceptance of the bait.\u003cbr\u003e Where possible, secure bait containers to the ground or other structures.\u003cbr\u003e Do not eat, drink or smoke when using the product. Wash hands and directly exposed skin after using the product.\u003cbr\u003e Do not open the bags containing the bait.\u003cbr\u003e Consider non-chemical control mechanisms (e.g. traps) before using rodenticide products. \u003cbr\u003eBait containers should be placed in the immediate vicinity of places where rodent activity has been previously observed (e.g. walkways, nests, livestock entrance fences, openings, burrows).\u003cbr\u003e Place the product out of reach of children, birds, pets, farm animals and other non-target animals.\u003cbr\u003e Place the product away from food, drink and pet food, as well as utensils or surfaces that may come into contact with the product.\u003cbr\u003e Do not place bait containers near water drainage systems as the bait may come into contact with water.\u003cbr\u003e Replace bait in containers if damaged by water or contaminated by dirt.\u003cbr\u003e Place bait points in areas not subject to flooding.\u003cbr\u003e At the end of the treatment period, remove any remaining baits or bait containers. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cu\u003eMICE\u003c\/u\u003e : Up to 50 g of bait per container.
