{"product_id":"ecorex-6-ovuli-vaginali-150-mg","title":"ECOREX 6 VAGINAL OVULES 150 MG","description":"\u003cp\u003e \u003cb\u003eECOREX 1% vaginal cream\u003cbr\u003e\n ECOREX 150 mg ovules\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n Econazole nitrate\u003cbr\u003e\r \n\u003cb\u003eWhat it is and what it is used for\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n ECOREX contains the active substance econazole nitrate which belongs to a group of medicines called antifungals, used to stop the growth of fungi.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\n ECOREX is indicated for the treatment of the following symptoms of the internal and external areas of the vagina, when these are caused by infections due to fungi of the Candida genus previously diagnosed by the doctor:\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\n • itching, whitish discharge (leukorrhea), redness and sensation of swelling of the vaginal mucosa;\u003cbr\u003e\n • burning when passing urine.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\n Contact your doctor if you do not notice any improvement or if you notice worsening of your symptoms.\u003cbr\u003e\n \u003cb\u003eWhat you need to know before taking the medicine\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n \u003cb\u003eDo not use ECOREX\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n - if you are allergic to econazole or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6).\u003cbr\u003e\n \u003cb\u003eWarnings and precautions\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n Apply ECOREX only to the vaginal area.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\n \u003cb\u003eChildren\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\r \nThis medicine can be administered to children only if really necessary and under the direct supervision of a doctor.\u003cbr\u003e\n \u003cb\u003eInteractions with other medicinal products\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are using, have recently used or might use any other medicines.\u003cbr\u003e\n Interactions with other medicines and ECOREX are unlikely, however use caution and inform your doctor if you are taking medicines to treat clotting problems (oral anticoagulants) such as warfarin and acenocoumarol as the anticoagulant effect of these medicines may be altered.\u003cbr\u003e\n \u003cb\u003ePossible side effects\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.\u003cbr\u003e\n The following side effects may occur:\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\n The frequency of the following side effects is not known as it cannot be established from the available data - burning and irritation of the vagina;\u003cbr\u003e\r \n- cramps affecting the pelvis and lower abdomen (pelvic cramps);\u003cbr\u003e\n - skin irritation (rashes);\u003cbr\u003e\n - headache (cephalalgia).\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\n \u003cb\u003eReporting of side effects\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
