Wash the affected area thoroughly and gently, preferably with a specific intimate cleanser. \u003cbr\u003eUnscrew the cap of the tube. Pierce the seal using the back of the cap. Remove the transparent protective wrapper from the applicator. Screw the rectal applicator onto the opening of the tube. Remove the protective cap and squeeze the tube until the applicator is completely filled, releasing a sufficient amount of product to lubricate the applicator itself. Gently insert the applicator into the rectum. Squeeze the tube until a small amount of product is introduced. Gently remove the applicator from the rectum. Apply a small amount of product to the external area as well. After use, unscrew the applicator from the tube, rinse it with warm running water until all gel residue is removed and dry it before closing it using the protective cap.
