Fastuadvance is used for the local symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and inflammation following acute blunt trauma to small and medium-sized joints and surrounding structures.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eWhat you need to know before taking the medicine\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eDo not use Fastuadvance:\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e - if you are allergic to diclofenac sodium, peanuts, soya or any of the other ingredients of Fastuadvance (listed in section 6);\u003cbr\u003e - if you have had an allergic reaction to aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) or any other NSAID, e.g. ibuprofen, in the past, associated with difficulty breathing, rash and rhinorrhoea (runny nose);\u003cbr\u003e - if you are in the last three months of pregnancy – see the section on pregnancy and breastfeeding; \u003cbr\u003e- on open wounds, inflammations and infections of the skin as well as eczema or mucous membranes;\u003cbr\u003e - in children and adolescents under 14 years of age.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eWarnings and precautions\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Fastuadvance:\u003cbr\u003e - if you suffer or have suffered in the past from stomach ulcers, liver or kidney problems, bleeding tendency or inflammatory bowel disease;\u003cbr\u003e - if you have previously suffered from bronchial asthma or allergies;\u003cbr\u003e - do not use this medicine on your eyes, nose or mouth, or on open wounds or infected skin areas. If you accidentally apply it to your eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and tell your doctor;\u003cbr\u003e - do not swallow Fastuadvance;\u003cbr\u003e - do not sunbathe or use sunlamps during treatment with this medicine;\u003cbr\u003e - if you experience a skin rash, stop taking Fastuadvance. - do not cover the treated area with occlusive (waterproof or non-breathable) dressings or plasters.\u003cbr\u003e   \u003cbr\u003eDo not use this medicine near open flames, lit cigarettes or certain devices (e.g. hair dryers).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e If the medicinal product is used on large areas of skin and for a long period of time, the possible occurrence of systemic side effects after the use of Fastuadvance cannot be excluded.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Undesirable effects can be reduced by using the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible time.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003ePossible side effects\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. \u003cbr\u003e- Stop taking Fastuadvance if you experience any skin rash.
