Wash your hands thoroughly. Open the package containing the disposable cannulas and remove one. Gently pull the plunger out of the applicator until it stops. Unscrew the cap from the tube. Pierce the seal using the back of the cap. Screw the disposable cannula with the plunger out onto the mouth of the tube. Press lightly on the tube until the cannula is completely filled. Unscrew the filled disposable cannula from the mouth of the tube. Lie down with your legs slightly bent. Gently insert the disposable cannula as deeply as possible into the vagina. Apply light, constant pressure to the plunger until the cannula is completely empty. Gently remove the disposable cannula and discard it in the appropriate waste container.
