It belongs to the group of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Itami Unidie is used for the short-term (maximum 7 days) local treatment of pain associated with muscle strains, sprains or bruises of the arms and legs due to blunt trauma in adolescents from 16 years of age and in adults.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eWhat you need to know before taking the medicine\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eDo not use Itami Unidie\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e - if you are \u003cb\u003eallergic\u003c\/b\u003e to \u003cb\u003ediclofenac\u003c\/b\u003e or any of the \u003cb\u003eother ingredients\u003c\/b\u003e of this medicine (listed in section 6);\u003cbr\u003e - if you are allergic to any \u003cb\u003eother non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs\u003c\/b\u003e (NSAIDs, e.g. acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen); \u003cbr\u003e- if you have experienced \u003cb\u003easthma attacks\u003c\/b\u003e , \u003cb\u003ehives\u003c\/b\u003e or \u003cb\u003eswelling and irritation inside the nose\u003c\/b\u003e after taking acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs;\u003cbr\u003e - if you suffer from active \u003cb\u003egastric or duodenal ulcer\u003c\/b\u003e ;\u003cbr\u003e - \u003cb\u003eon damaged skin\u003c\/b\u003e (e.g. skin abrasions, cuts, burns), \u003cb\u003einfected or inflamed skin (exudative dermatitis) or eczema\u003c\/b\u003e ;\u003cbr\u003e - if you are in the last three months of pregnancy;\u003cbr\u003e - in children and adolescents under 16 years of age.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eWarnings and precautions\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Itami Unidie:\u003cbr\u003e • if you suffer or have suffered in the past from bronchial asthma or allergies, you may experience a cramp in the bronchial muscle (bronchospasm), which manifests itself with difficulty in breathing;\u003cbr\u003e • if \u003cb\u003eyou notice a skin rash\u003c\/b\u003e , which appears after applying the medicated plaster.
