Before use, remove any hearing aids that may be present in the ear.\u003cbr\u003e For first use, insert the ear spray dispenser into the bottle, applying light pressure; spray repeatedly until the liquid begins to come out.\u003cbr\u003e 1. Tilt your head and point your ear upwards by gently pulling it back. \u003cbr\u003e2. Insert the device into the external ear canal and spray the product. Follow the dosage instructions in the table.
