In acute pain, the dosage may be increased to twice daily administration of 5 ml. \u003cbr\u003eInstructions for using the dosing syringe\u003cbr\u003e 1. Shake the bottle well.\u003cbr\u003e 2. Unscrew the cap by pushing it down and turning it to the left (counterclockwise).\u003cbr\u003e 3. Insert the syringe fully into the hole in the cap.\u003cbr\u003e 4. Turn the bottle upside down, then, holding the syringe and bottle firmly, gently pull the plunger down, allowing the suspension to flow into the syringe up to the mark corresponding to the recommended dose.\u003cbr\u003e 5. Return the bottle to an upright position and remove the syringe by gently twisting it.\u003cbr\u003e 6. Insert the syringe into your mouth and gently press the plunger to release the suspension.
