Paxabel is not absorbed into the bloodstream or metabolized in the body.\u003cbr\u003e   \u003cbr\u003ePaxabel is used for the symptomatic treatment of constipation in adults and children aged 8 years and over.\u003cbr\u003e This medicine comes in the form of a powder that dissolves in a glass of water (at least 50 ml) and is drunk.
