It also promotes the regrowth of new hair on already weakened or bald spots and thickens existing hair.\u003cbr\u003e After application, PHALANX 20 mg\/ml penetrates the scalp and reaches the hair roots. \u003cbr\u003eThe mechanism by which hair growth is stimulated has not yet been clarified. In any case, the active ingredient of PHALANX 20 mg\/ml can interrupt hereditary hair loss, through:\u003cbr\u003e • the increase in the diameter of the hair shaft\u003cbr\u003e • growth stimulation\u003cbr\u003e • the prolongation of the growth phases\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e However, it takes at least 4 months before you see any results. Hair growth returns to normal within a few months when young children are no longer exposed to minoxidil.
