Open the package, remove the test and place it on a clean, flat surface. Test within one hour of opening, best results are obtained by testing immediately after opening the foil package. Remove the dropper, buffer vial, sterile lancet and alcohol wipe and place them near the test.\u003cbr\u003e\r \nGently pull to remove the protective cap from the lancet.\u003cbr\u003e\n Use the alcohol wipe to clean the tip of your middle or ring finger, where you will be pricking your finger.
