(see “Pregnancy and breast-feeding”).\u003cbr\u003e - in children under 30 months\u003cbr\u003e - in children with a history of epilepsy or febrile convulsions.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eWarnings and precautions\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Sobrefluid.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003ePay special attention:\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e This medicine contains sobrerol which, in excessive doses, can induce neurological disorders such as convulsions in infants and children.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Do not prolong treatment for more than 3 days due to the risks associated with the accumulation of terpene derivatives in the body, including the brain and in particular the risks of neuropsychological disorders.\u003cbr\u003e Do not administer doses higher than those recommended to avoid a greater risk of adverse drug reactions and disorders associated with overdose.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eChildren\u003c\/b\u003e \u003cbr\u003eThe product should not be used in children under 30 months of age, since mucolytics can induce bronchial occlusion (the ability to eliminate bronchial mucus in children under 30 months is limited due to the characteristics of their airways).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003ePossible side effects\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Side effects with unknown frequency (frequency cannot be estimated from the available data):\u003cbr\u003e - allergic (hypersensitivity) reactions manifested by itching, skin rash, urticaria, edema and dyspnoea;\u003cbr\u003e - bronchial obstruction (temporary narrowing of the upper airways);\u003cbr\u003e - gastric (stomach) problems;\u003cbr\u003e - nausea.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eReporting of side effects\u003c\/b\u003e \u003cbr\u003eIf you get any side effects, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
