Acetyl-L-Carnitine is an amino acid that improves energy metabolism at the neuronal level, making it useful for increasing attention and concentration. Ingredients
Acetyl-L-carnitine; bulking agent: calcium phosphate; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; microcrystalline cellulose.
No added salt, sugar, colors, preservatives or artificial flavors.
Free from yeast , gluten , starch , corn , wheat , lactose and milk derivatives.

How to use
Adults and children over 16 years of age: one or two tablets daily on an empty stomach; the dose can be increased to three tablets if necessary.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Breastfeeding women are advised to consult their doctor.
Consult your doctor if using this product for a long time (more than 6-8 weeks). Do not use if you have liver or kidney problems, are pregnant, or are under 12 years of age without consulting your doctor.
