ADCMyFolic is a biphasic food supplement based on myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol in a 40:1 ratio, N-acetylcysteine and resveratrol, B vitamins, vitamin C and vitamin D3.

Ingredients
Blue phase ingredients: myo-inositol, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel, hydroxypropylcellulose; film-forming agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, calcium carbonate, talc, shellac, polyethylene glycol, colourings: indigo carmine blue, black iron oxide; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; niacin (nicotinamide), D-chiro inositol, pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), quatrefolic® ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt).

How to use
1 blue tablet per day to be swallowed with water,
Preferably between meals. One red tablet per day, swallowed with water, preferably during or after a meal.
