Phenylalanine-free amino acid blend, supplemented with vitamins, carbohydrates and minerals, indicated for the dietary management of children over three years of age and adults with confirmed hyperphenylalaninemia, including phenylketonuria and maternal phenylketonuria.

How to use
Dissolve one sachet of Afenil Medi 15 in approximately 80 ml of water or other permitted liquid. Afenil Medi 15 can be flavored to taste. Once reconstituted, it is best to consume the product immediately. If necessary, the reconstituted product can be stored in the refrigerator for 24 hours and stirred well before use.
Dosage and administration: as prescribed by the doctor, taking into account the age, body weight and clinical conditions of the subject.

Warnings
Afenil Medi 15 should be used under medical supervision by individuals with known hyperphenylalaninemia, including phenylketonuria. Afenil Medi 15 should not be used as a sole source of nutrition. Keep out of reach of children.

Conservation
Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from light and direct heat. Afenil Medi 15 sachets are single-dose. Any prepared and unused product can be stored in the refrigerator and used within 24 hours, stirring well before use. The expiration date refers to the product stored correctly in its intact packaging.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
