Horsetail also has a beneficial effect on connective tissue trophism. Remannia promotes liver function; licorice, useful for joint and digestive function, helps fluidify bronchial secretions. Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism, electrolyte balance, normal muscle function, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) stems extract 1% silica, Rehmannia glutinosa (Gaertn.) DC. roots extract 12:1, couch grass (Elymus repens (L.) Gould) rhizomes extract ¼, orthosiphon (Orthosiphon stamineus Benth.) leaves extract 0.1% sinensetin, licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) roots extract 10% glycyrrhizic acid, magnesium oxide; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use
Two tablets a day.
