Goat's sage has a galactagogue effect, helping to stimulate milk production in breastfeeding women, while probiotic lactic acid bacteria promote a balanced intestinal flora. Vitamin C contributes to the formation of collagen, which is essential for healthy skin, teeth, and cartilage, and, together with phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, zinc, manganese, and vitamins D and K, contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

How to use
The recommended dose is 8 tablets one to three times a day at any time (8 to 24 tablets per day); it is recommended to take them on an empty stomach or before meals. Close the container tightly after use.
