Replacing digestible starches with resistant starch in a meal helps reduce the postprandial rise in blood glucose.
69.9% of the starches contained in low glycemic functional pasta are resistant starch.
Ingredients
Yellow corn flour, resistant starch (9%), soy protein isolate, white corn flour, husked rice flour, bamboo fibre, inulin; emulsifier: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin.
May contain mustard and lupin .
Gluten free.
