Description
Gnocchi with potatoes and quinoa.
Gluten-free product, specifically formulated for celiacs.
Without milk and eggs.
Ingredients
Rehydrated potatoes* 70%, quinoa flour* 10%, corn flour*, potato starch* 6%, corn starch*, rice flour*, salt; acidity regulator: lactic acid.
May contain traces of soy .

How to use
In a pot (2 minutes): Add the gnocchi to plenty of lightly salted, gently boiling water. Let them rise to the surface, drain, and season to taste.
In the pan (3 minutes): Pour the gnocchi directly from the package into the pan with the sauce. Add a drop of water and gently toss until completely absorbed.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not puncture the packaging.
Shelf life when packaged intact: 8 months.
Validity after opening: 3 days.

How to use
