Description
Low-protein cocoa biscuits with sugar and sweeteners. A food for special medical purposes, indicated for the dietary management of chronic renal failure, congenital metabolic disorders, or other conditions requiring a low-protein diet.
A low-protein food with a protein residue of less than 2%, low in sodium and phenylalanine. Patients with chronic kidney disease are advised to follow a low-protein, low-sodium diet. The phenylalanine content in this product makes it suitable for a low- and controlled-amino acid diet.
Ingredients
Corn starch, rice starch, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (refined palm oil, water), sugar, potato starch, cocoa powder 3%, chocolate chips 3% (cocoa 48.5%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter; emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor); sweetener: isomalt, dextrose; emulsifier: soy lecithin; raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate; flavorings.
May contain traces of eggs, milk, nuts, mustard, sesame seeds, lupins .
Gluten free.
