Description
Vitamin and mineral food supplement indicated to provide a supplemental intake of these nutrients in case of deficiencies or increased needs.
- Folic acid: may contribute to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy and normal hematopoiesis;
- Iron: contributes to the normal function of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to normal oxygen transport;
- Vitamin B2: contributes to the maintenance of normal red blood cells and normal iron metabolism;
- Copper and vitamin B2: contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress;
- Iron, folic acid and vitamin D: contribute to the normal function of the immune system and intervene in the process of cell division;
- Biotin, vitamin B2, iron, manganese and copper: contribute to normal energy metabolism;
- Vitamin B5: contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters;
- Copper: contributes to the normal transport of iron in the body.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, preferably before main meals, swallowed with a large glass of water, without chewing or breaking.

Conservation
