Soap replacement detergent
ANTAGON® liquid is rich in unique natural extracts that give the product original characteristics.
Quercetin (glycolic extract of capparis spinosa) is a flavonoid with natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity, which exerts its action by preventing the production of some pro-inflammatory cytokines. Among its most important functions are:
- restore tocopherol (Vitamin E), after it has been transformed into a free radical (tocopheryl-radical)
- detoxify the cell from superoxide and
- slow down the production of nitric oxide during inflammation.
It is considered a natural inhibitor of various intracellular enzymes: in fact, it inhibits some calcium-phospholipid-dependent protein kinases (PKCs); 5-lipoxygenase (which produces leukotrienes, mediators of asthma inflammation); phospholipase A2, which degrades membrane lipids generating arachidonic acid, which is then transformed into prostaglandins, involved in inflammation; ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) which produces polyamines, known to be involved in cell proliferation; the phosphoinositide kinases PI3K and PI4P-5K, involved in proliferative responses triggered by mitogenic signal transduction pathways.
Wheat germ proteins (hydrolyzed wheat protein) physiologically stabilize the protective acidic hydrolipidic film of the skin and mucous membranes.
The water-soluble form of olive oil (olive oil glycereth – 8 esters) guarantees an emollient and sebum-restructuring action.
Vitamin B5 (panthenol) promotes cell repair.
The plant extracts of lime, mallow and mimosa (tilia cordata extract, malva sylvestris extract, mimosa tenuiflora bark extract) have protective, emollient, soothing, refreshing and anti-itch properties.
Finally, the product's surfactants have excellent skin tolerability characteristics with a minimum level of aggressiveness.
HOW TO USE: Wet the skin, apply a small amount of product to the area to be cleansed and massage gently. Rinse and pat dry. For effective action, use 2 – 3 times a day. For every type of wash, we recommend using it as a normal soap directly on the skin or diluted in water for washing in the bidet or bath (5 – 10ml). Before rinsing, leave the product on the skin for a couple of minutes to obtain a refreshing effect.
PACKAGING: 200 ml bottle
WARNINGS: External use. In cases of known intolerance to one or more of the listed ingredients, avoid using the product.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Product subjected to microbiological control.
