Description
Food for special medical purposes specially developed for infants with frequent episodes of regurgitation.
The formulation contains carob seed gum, a natural thickener that, by absorbing water, increases the viscosity of the reconstituted product and reduces reflux. This is a key element in the dietary management of reflux.
From birth to the 6th month.

How to use
1. Before preparing the bottle, wash your hands and sterilize the bottle, teat, and ring.
2. Boil the required amount of water and pour it into the bottle when it is lukewarm.
3. To obtain a well-leveled scoop, after filling it, remove excess powder using the handy leveler on the side of the container. Add level scoops of powder following the instructions in the average feeding table.
4. Close the bottle, shake it for at least 10 seconds to dissolve the powder and wait about 5 minutes for the product to thicken.
5. Before giving it to the infant, check the temperature on the wrist.
It is recommended to prepare the product only at mealtime and consume it within half an hour. Do not reheat or boil the product once prepared. Do not reuse any leftover product.

The table is indicative, the dosage can be modified according to the pediatrician's opinion, based on the infant's needs.
Aptamil AR1 is reconstituted at 13.6% and is obtained by adding a level scoop of powder (approximately 4.6 g) to every 30 ml of boiled water. Use only the scoop provided.

Warnings
Follow the instructions carefully: inadequate preparation and storage methods could pose a risk to the infant's health.
The product must be used under the supervision of a pediatrician and is indicated for infants up to 6 months. The product can be used as the sole source of nutrition. The product must not be used parenterally. Not suitable for premature infants.

Conservation
Store in a dry place away from heat sources.
Once opened, the package must be closed properly and stored in a cool, dry place (not in the refrigerator).
The product must be consumed within one month of opening.
