How to use
We recommend taking 1 stick per day diluted in a litre of water, to be drunk throughout the day.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Do not administer to children under 12 years of age. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. Contains caffeine: not recommended for children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women. Caffeine content: 20 mg/stick.
