Description
Food supplement containing melatonin, green tea, magnolia, and saffron extracts.
Thanks to an innovative blend of ingredients, including melatonin and green tea and saffron extracts, contained in a multilayer tablet with 3-phase, timed-release, Armonia Relax works at night for daytime benefits. Phase 1: Releases melatonin to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained with a dose of 1 mg).
Phase 2: Releases green tea extract, which combats physical and mental fatigue.
Phase 3: Releases magnolia extract and saffron extract, which promote normal mood.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] leaves dry extract; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids, glycerol, microcrystalline cellulose; magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder) bark dry extract; stabilizers: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, shellac; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; saffron (Crocus sativus L.) stigmas dry extract; colorants: calcium carbonate, copper chlorophyllin; melatonin*.
*Melatonin ingredient with a purity level of at least 99%.
Contains no sources of lactose .

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening on a full stomach shortly before going to bed, preferably at the same time.
Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by minors under 18, or if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. Do not consume on an empty stomach.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, humidity, and heat sources.
