Therefore, it is particularly useful for stress, tension, and irritability due to daily commitments (work, study) and/or in specific situations, such as menopause.
Furthermore, hawthorn is also useful for regulating blood pressure and chamomile for regulating gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gas.
