AROMATOIL CINNAMON
Description
Cinnamon essential oil contains a high amount of eugenol (80-96%), cinnamaldehyde, furfural, phellandrene, pinene, cimol, and linalool. Thanks to these substances, the oil has a stimulating effect on the body and mind and soothes musculoskeletal disorders such as rheumatism or arthritis. Cinnamon promotes normal digestion, regulates normal intestinal transit and the elimination of gas, aids carbohydrate metabolism, and protects cellular constituents from oxidative damage.
It can be used as an antibacterial and disinfectant agent applied in hospital environments, being active against gram-positive and some gram-negative bacteria, such as: Staphylococcus, Enterococcus, Enterobacter and Acinetobacter.
It exhibits anti-atherosclerotic activity in atherosclerosis associated with insulin resistance and worsened atherogenic index (AI) associated with dyslipidemia.
Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease, retinopathy, nephropathy, neuropathy, sexual dysfunction, and periodontal disease. Improvements in glycemic control can help reduce the risk of these complications. Several studies show that cinnamon may be effective in improving glycemic control.
It is a powerful antioxidant; it has antihypertensive and organ-protective effects that may derive from its ability to increase the production of endogenous NO and/or regulate dyslipidemia.
As a carminative, it helps eliminate intestinal gas in cases of slow or poor digestion, and stimulates intestinal and digestive function by reducing postprandial blood glucose and the gastric emptying rate (GER) without compromising satiety.

Pregelatinized corn starch 75%, soy lecithin 10%; antioxidants: ascorbic acid 6.8%, calcium carbonate 4%; anti-caking agents: levilite 2.4%, vegetable magnesium stearate 1.6%. Cinnamon bark essential oil 0.2%.
Gastro-resistant capsule: hypromellose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), gellan gum, titanium dioxide 1.92%.

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day after main meals.
