Asthenix
Food supplement useful in states of general fatigue (asthenia) that can occur in case of intense psycho-physical activity (work, study, sport), convalescence, during the growth phase of children and in the diet of elderly people. Supplement with pro-energetic activity (creatine, carnitine, arginine, taurine, B vitamins, potassium, magnesium) and antioxidant (coenzyme Q10, vitamin C, vitamin E). dosed according to the recommended daily intake levels (RDA).
Gluten-free, lactose-free.
Creatine
A key element in the energy mechanism, it increases the energy reserves readily available for muscular work. Carnitine stimulates the conversion of lipids into energy.
Arginine and taurine
They promote blood flow at the muscle level.
B vitamins
They intervene in the energy metabolism of carbohydrates.
Potassium and magnesium
They perform a bioregulatory action in cases of increased energy needs and/or intense sweating. Involved in reactions related to energy production, they promote the ability of muscle contraction and correct protein utilization.
Coenzyme Q10
Fundamental for the production of energy within cellular mitochondria through the synthesis of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), performing, together with vitamins C and E, an important antioxidant action.
Ingredients
Creatine; sucrose; L-carnitine tartrate; L-arginine; acidifier: citric acid; potassium bicarbonate; L-taurine; magnesium oxide; B vitamins (vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin PP, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12), sweetener: acesulfame K; vitamin C; flavouring; vitamin E; coenzyme Q10.
How to use
1 sachet, 1 or 2 times a day or as directed by your doctor. Dissolve the product in a little water or fruit juice. Mix and drink immediately after preparation.
Warnings
Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children, or in any case for prolonged periods without consulting your doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
