Description
Food supplement, contains B-complex vitamins, which are involved in many important metabolic processes in the body and contribute significantly to health and well-being.
Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and niacin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamins B2, B6, B12 and niacin help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
Shake the bottle well before use.
Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the measuring cup provided.
- Adults and children from 12 years: 20 ml per day.
- Children 7-11 years: 10 ml per day.
