Description
Pandoro specifically formulated for celiacs.
Ingredients
Water, corn starch, fresh eggs , lactose-free butter * ( milk ), rice flour, rice starch, sugar, invert sugar syrup; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, xanthan gum; honey, egg yolk, psyllium fiber, alcohol; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; flavorings, sourdough starter [water, rice flour], brewer's yeast, salt. Sachet of icing sugar (3.9%) [sugar, corn starch, flavorings].
May contain soy, nuts, sesame seeds, mustard .
*Lactose <0.01%. The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the breakdown of lactose.
Gluten free.

How to use
1. To enjoy the full fragrance of the Pandoro, place it, still whole, next to a heat source for 15 minutes.
2. Sprinkle the icing sugar over the entire Pandoro.
3. Cut vertically for the most classic of presentations or cut horizontally to serve star-shaped slices.
Conservation
Store in a dry place away from heat sources.
Shelf life when packaged intact: 3 months.
Validity after opening: 7 days.
