Description
Powdered food supplement containing phosphoserine, glutamine, and B vitamins.
B vitamins are useful for supporting normal psychological function, even when feeling tired and/or during periods of intense study and work. Pantothenic acid also contributes to normal mental performance.

How to use
1 sachet per day to be dissolved directly in the mouth or, if preferred, dissolved in water or other cool liquid.
