Description
Benefibra powder is a food supplement based on soluble fiber derived from wheat, with a high fiber content. Benefibra promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora. Tasteless, completely soluble, 100% vegetal. Contains negligible quantities of proteins.

How to use
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 to 3 sachets per day, depending on needs;
Children between 7 and 11 years: 1 sachet per day.
Pour the contents of a sachet of Benefibra into a glass or bottle of water, fruit juice or drinks, or into semi-liquid foods, both hot and cold. Stir until the powder has completely dissolved.
Warnings
Do not administer the product to children under 7 years of age without consulting a doctor. During pregnancy and breastfeeding and in cases of gastrointestinal disorders, consult a doctor before use. Do not use in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to the ingredient. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Conservation
Store below 30°C. Do not use if sachet is damaged.
