Food supplement with iron, vitamin C, folic acid and vitamin B12, indicated to provide a supplemental intake of these nutrients in case of deficiency or increased need.
Iron and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells, iron contributes to the normal formation of hemoglobin and normal oxygen transport in the blood, folic acid contributes to normal hematopoiesis, vitamin C increases iron absorption, vitamin C, vitamin B12, folic acid and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; corn maltodextrin, vitamin (L-ascorbic acid), ferrous lactate; glazing agents: talc, food shellac; colors: E124, E172, E555; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocibalamin).

How to use
It is recommended to take one tablet a day, swallowed with water without chewing or breaking.
Warnings
