High protein pancake mix and source of fiber, made with fava bean flour and whole buckwheat. Perfect for increasing the protein content of your breakfast, ideal for those who enjoy a dynamic lifestyle. Source of zinc, potassium and iron, it has no added sugars and is gluten- free, also perfect for those who follow a vegan diet.
Ingredients
*Broad bean flour (Vicia faba), *whole buckwheat flour 26%, *corn starch; raising agents (potassium bitartrate, sodium bicarbonate, *corn starch).
*From organic farming.

Nutritional characteristics
How to use
Preparation for 3 medium protein pancakes:
50g protein pancake mix + 100ml water (1 medium glass). Pour 4 tablespoons into a hot non-stick pan lightly greased with 2 drops of oil.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side and fill as desired.
Excellent accompanied with Biochampion protein cream cocoa, protein+peanut butter or with fresh fruit and maple syrup. You can also enjoy them in the savory version with vegetable creams.
Warnings
May contain traces of soy.
Conservation
Store in a dry place away from sources of light and heat.
Validity with intact packaging: 16 months.
