How to use
1 5 ml measuring spoon in half a glass of water 2 or 3 times a day, before meals.
It is preferable to dilute 3 measuring spoons in 1 litre of water (with the juice of 1/2 lemon added), to be drunk throughout the day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
