Alcohol (53% vol.), water; stabilizer: glycerol; marshmallow (Althaea officinalis L.) roots, grindelia (Grindelia robusta Nutt.) flowering aerial parts, inula (Inula helenium L.) roots, plantain (Plantago lanceolata L.) flowering aerial parts, sundew (Drosera rotundifolia L.) flowering aerial parts, mullein yew (Verbascum thapsus L.) flowers and leaves, cat's claw [Uncaria tomentosa (Willd. ex Schult.) DC.] bark, hornbeam (Carpinus betulus L.) buds, hazel (Corylus avellana L.) buds, hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis L.) essential oil, niaouli (Melaleuca viridiflora Sol. ex Gaertn.) essential oil, Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) essential oil, chicory (Cichorium intybus L.) Bach flower, blackberry (Rubus ursinus Cham. & Schldl.) Californian flower.

How to use
20 drops, three times a day, preferably away from meals.
