How to use
Shake the bottle well before each use. We recommend taking 15-20 drops, up to three times a day, diluted in a little water, holding the product in your mouth for a few seconds before swallowing. For maximum benefit, we recommend not consuming food or drinks in the minutes before or after taking the product.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
