Highly hydrating cream for hyperkeratotic skin
Description
Cream based on functional ingredients with soothing action (18 beta Glycerol Acid, Bisabolol and Aloe Vera), emollient (Sweet Almond Oil, Rice Bran and Calendula) and highly hydrating (Urea and Allantoin). Recommended as an adjuvant in the treatment of skin alterations such as xerosis, hyperkeratosis, psoriasis, often associated with irritation and itching. Also indicated for sensitive and reactive skin, it promotes the rapid restoration and maintenance of the skin's barrier function.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS AND ACTIONS
Urea: particularly well tolerated by the skin, it has the property of retaining water molecules in the epidermis up to the deepest layers thus keeping the skin hydrated and soft; Useful for dry, chapped skin and in the treatment of eczema, psoriasis and keratinization.
18 beta glycyrrhetic acid: derived from licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) is used in cosmetics for delicate and sensitive skin and is effective as a soothing agent. Useful in cases of skin rashes, itching and insect bites.
Bisabolol: Alpha-Bisabolol is the main component of Chamomile essential oil, it is obtained from fresh or dried flower heads of Chamomile. It has soothing, anti-reddening, softening and calming properties that have been well known for centuries. Especially indicated for particularly delicate skin, it is in fact characterized by extreme skin tolerability.
Allantoin: Allantoin has dermoprotective, anti-redness and soothing properties and for this reason it is used in the treatment of dry skin, skin prone to rosacea and generally for sensitive skin.
Aloe vera extract: a plant known for its strong soothing, refreshing and hydrating properties. Ideal for dry and damaged skin, erythema and sunburn, insect bites. Particularly recommended to effectively combat irritation and redness.
Panthenol: precursor of vitamin B (pro vitamin B5), it is mainly used in skin care products due to its activities in the skin cell regeneration processes.
Sweet almond oil: widely used in products for sensitive, fragile and dry skin. It is the oil traditionally best known and used in cosmetics for its emollient, softening, nourishing and soothing properties, known and used in cosmetics for its emollient, softening, nourishing and soothing properties, suitable for the skin of adults, but also for the delicate skin of children and newborns. Calendula Oil: obtained by macerating the flowers of Calendula Officinalis in vegetable oil. Useful in all cases of irritated and chapped skin. Soothing for sensitive skin that reddens easily.
