Description
Food supplement based on vitamins and mineral salts, with creatine indicated to provide an additional intake of these nutrients in case of need or increased requirement.
The components present in the product can: contribute to normal energy metabolism (iron, manganese and B vitamins); contribute to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function (magnesium); promote the protection of cells from oxidative stress (vitamins C and E, manganese, zinc and selenium); contribute to the normal function of the immune system (vitamins A, C, D, folic acid and zinc).

How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day, dissolved in a glass of water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in children, or for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. Do not consume after the expiration date. The product contains polyols; therefore, excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. The product contains a source of phenylalanine.

Conservation
Store in a cool (<25°C), dry place away from sources of light and heat.
