{"product_id":"brufen-antinfiammat-5-geltubo-40-g","title":"BRUFEN ANTI-INFLAMMATION \"5% GEL\" TUBE 40 G\"","description":"\u003cb\u003eName\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eBrufen Local anti-inflammatory 5% gel\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Etofenamate\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eWhat it is and what it is used for\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Brufen Local Anti-inflammatory 5% gel is a medicine based on etofenamate, an anti-inflammatory for local use.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Brufen Local anti-inflammatory is indicated in \u003cb\u003eadults:\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e • in the local treatment of pain and inflammation of joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Talk to your doctor if you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 1-2 weeks.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eWhat you need to know before taking the medicine\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eDo not use Brufen Local Anti-inflammatory\u003c\/b\u003e • if you are allergic to etofenamate or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6).\u003cbr\u003e • if you are allergic to flufenamic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).\u003cbr\u003e • if you are in your third trimester of pregnancy.\u003cbr\u003e • if you are breast-feeding.\u003cbr\u003e • if you are under 18 years of age.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eWarnings and precautions\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Brufen Local Anti-inflammatory.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Avoid applying Brufen Anti-inflammatory local 5% gel:\u003cbr\u003e • on open wounds\u003cbr\u003e • on inflamed skin that appears with red spots and itching.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Avoid contact with Brufen Anti-inflammatory local 5% gel:\u003cbr\u003e • with the eyes and mucous membranes (e.g. mouth, nose).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e You should wash your hands after applying the product and avoid contact with these parts of the body.\u003cbr\u003e   \u003cbr\u003eDo not expose the treated area to the sun and\/or solarium during treatment and for two weeks after.\u003cbr\u003e If you suffer from asthma, chronic obstructive respiratory diseases, hay fever or chronic swelling of the nasal mucosa (so-called nasal polyps) or chronic obstructive airway diseases or chronic airway infections, especially if combined with manifestations of hay fever, use Brufen Local Anti-inflammatory only after taking certain precautions and under strict medical supervision.\u003cbr\u003e Children should not come into contact with areas of skin treated with the medicine.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e The use, especially if prolonged, of products to be applied to the skin can give rise to allergies. In this case, stop the treatment and ask your doctor for advice (see paragraph “Possible side effects”).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Do not take this medicine by mouth.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e If you have had allergies in the past, use Brufen Local Anti-inflammatory with due caution.\u003cbr\u003e   \u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eChildren and adolescents\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age is not recommended, as safety and efficacy have not been established.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003ePossible side effects\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e During treatment with Brufen Anti-inflammatory local, especially if prolonged, as well as with other products for local use, you may experience an allergy. In this case, \u003cb\u003eSTOP\u003c\/b\u003e the treatment and ask your doctor for advice.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e In addition, the following side effects have been observed and reported, the frequency of which cannot be established:\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cem\u003eEffects on the skin\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cbr\u003e • redness of the skin\u003cbr\u003e • irritation\u003cbr\u003e • itching\u003cbr\u003e • skin rash\u003cbr\u003e • swelling (edema)\u003cbr\u003e • formation of blisters on the skin\u003cbr\u003e   \u003cbr\u003eThe possible side effects listed above generally occur on the treated skin and disappear if the application of the cream is suspended.\u003cbr\u003e • inflammation of the skin (allergic contact dermatitis)\u003cbr\u003e • redness of the skin with the appearance of hives and itching (urticaria)\u003cbr\u003e • diffuse swelling of the skin\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eReporting of side effects\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
