How to use
It is recommended to take 20-30 drops diluted in a little water, preferably warm, 1-2 times a day away from meals. One dropper pipette is equivalent to about 15 drops. A deposit may appear on the bottom, shake well before use.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs, consult your doctor before taking. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
