Instructions for use
Shake the bottle well before each use. Dispense 4 sprays (equal to 500 mg) under the tongue and wait 30 seconds before swallowing, up to 3 times a day.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
