Vitamins A, B6, B9, B12, C, D and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B8, iron and calcium contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Ingredients
Maltodextrin, calcium carbonate, bulking agent: cellulose; ferrous gluconate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), zinc gluconate, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B5 (calcium-D-pantothenate), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), D-biotin.

How to use
Take one tablet (for adolescents and children over three years of age) or two tablets (adults) daily before meals with a little water or other drink.
