Description
Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of hyperhomocysteinemia.
The introduction of folic acid and vitamins B2, B6, B12 reduces the plasma homocysteine ​​level, bringing it back to the recommended reference values.
L5-MTHF, the biologically active form of folic acid, is able, through the transfer of a metal group, to convert homocysteine ​​back into methionine.

Ingredients
Betaine hydrochloride; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropylcellulose; zinc citrate; stabilizer: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), calcium L-5-methylfolate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, or as advised by your doctor.

Warnings
This product should be used under medical supervision; it is not suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition.
Due to its high folate content, the product is contraindicated in subjects who do not have hyperhomocysteinemia.
