Measuring cap: creatine monohydrate; nicotinamide: calcium pantothenate; anti-caking agent: micronized silica; riboflavin; pyridoxine hydrochloride; thiamine hydrochloride; vitamin B12 titrated 0.1% (maltodextrin, acidity regulators: citric acid; trisodium citrate; cyanocobalamin).
