Cream that, thanks to a physical mechanism, acts as a barrier on wounds and promotes healing.
Useful for the prevention of bedsores, the absorption of exudates and the repair of wounds that have not damaged the dermis.

Components

Zinc oxide
It has astringent, protective, and antiseptic properties. It is used topically as a soothing and protective agent for minor abrasions, burns, and uncomplicated superficial ulcers in patients with diabetes. It is not recommended when necrosis involves deeper tissues.
Silicon dioxide
In its gel form, it helps absorb exudates. It facilitates the drying of macerated areas, reducing friction thanks to its absorbent action. It acts as an anti-shock molecule.
Wheat germ oil (Triticum vulgare)
This oil is recommended for compensating for the dryness of dry and very dry skin, due to its hydrating and nourishing properties. Wheat germ oil strengthens the insufficient or even nonexistent hydrolipidic film. It is useful for helping reduce damage caused by air pollution, reducing the oxidation process of cells and thus the formation of free radicals. It is a cell regenerator and is recommended for the skin.
Hyaluronic acid
It is a substance that exists naturally in our bodies. It is produced by specific cells called fibroblasts. It is found primarily in the dermis and helps maintain the proper level of hydration, firmness, and plasticity of the tissue, thanks to its unique chemical and physical characteristics that give it a high hydrating capacity. Chemically, it is a glycosaminoglycan consisting of an unbranched chain of thousands of disaccharide units formed from glucuronic acid (a derivative of glucose) and N-acetylglucosamine residues. In vivo, all of the carboxyl groups of glucuronic acid are completely ionized, giving the hyaluronic acid molecule high polarity and consequently high water solubility. Thanks to this property, hyaluronic acid is able to complex with numerous water molecules, achieving a high level of hydration. It is an essential molecule for the formation of the collagen matrix, elastic fibers, and for maintaining skin hydration. It is, in fact, capable of absorbing and firmly retaining large quantities of water, always ensuring the skin's proper level of moisture. In addition to its structural and hydrating function, hyaluronic acid plays an important role in preventing cell and tissue damage from physical stress by acting as an anti-shock molecule and efficient lubricant. It is biocompatible and non-immunogenic.
Corn starch
A powdery substance derived from corn, inert on skin and wounds, it has a remarkable ability to absorb exudates. It facilitates the drying of macerated areas, reducing friction thanks to its absorbent action. It acts as an anti-shock molecule and is a good lubricant.
L-proline, L-lysine
Collagen, the fundamental substance of tissues, is composed of amino acids, and is abundant in the skin. They are essential building blocks for skin tissue repair.
L-leucine
Branched-chain amino acid, it interacts with the skin, providing energy to the tissues. It facilitates healing.
L-glycine
A nonpolar amino acid, it constitutes approximately one-third of collagen. Glycine is also present in elastin. Elastin is a fibrous protein found in connective tissue, composed primarily of the amino acids glycine, valine, alanine, and proline. It is a fundamental constituent of elastic fibers, synthesized in fibroblasts as a large molecule capable of organizing itself through cross-links (desmosin structures) into a stable, extremely insoluble structure. Elastin gives the skin its characteristic elastic response when subjected to mechanical stress.
Vitamin E
An antioxidant, it protects the lipids in cell membranes, including LDL (low-density lipoproteins), the main target of free radicals. Topically, vitamin E is absorbed by the skin and has hydrating, anti-inflammatory, and soothing effects. Applied to the skin, it reduces the formation of lipoperoxides and slows photoaging, facilitating tissue repair.
Niacin
It participates in cellular respiration, the synthesis and breakdown of amino acids, fatty acids, and cholesterol. It promotes skin trophism.
2-Phenoxyethanol
Antifungal preservative, stabilizer.

How to use
Wash your hands thoroughly. Take a small amount of product from the tube and gently apply it to the wound and surrounding area. Cover with gauze. Repeat until completely healed.

Warnings
Do not use on deep wounds; this product is not a substitute for medical attention. If in doubt, consult a doctor before use.

If using other products at the same time, check for interactions. Do not inhale or apply to eyes. Close the container after use and keep out of reach of children under 6 years old.

Conservation
Store in a dry place at room temperature. Do not expose to heat sources.
