{"product_id":"dicloreum-actigel-gel-50-g-1","title":"DICLOREUM ACTIGEL \"1% GEL\"50 G TUBE\"","description":"\u003cb\u003eName\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eDicloreum Actigel 1% Gel\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Diclofenac\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eWhat it is and what it is used for\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Dicloreum Actigel is a gel to be applied to the skin containing the active ingredient diclofenac hydroxyethylpyrrolidine, which belongs to a category of drugs called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Dicloreum Actigel is indicated for the local treatment of pain and inflammation of joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments due to rheumatic diseases or trauma.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eWhat you need to know before taking the medicine\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eDo not use Dicloreum Actigel\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e • if you are allergic to diclofenac or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6). \u003cbr\u003e• if you have had previous asthma attacks, skin rash (hives) or cold (acute rhinitis) following the intake of medicines containing acetylsalicylic acid (e.g. aspirin), other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and isopropanol.\u003cbr\u003e • if you are in the last 3 months of pregnancy as it may cause damage to the heart, lungs and kidneys of the foetus (see section \"Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility\").\u003cbr\u003e • in children and adolescents under 14 years of age as data on the safety and efficacy of the medicine in this age group are unknown.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eWarnings and precautions\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e The use, especially if prolonged and on large surfaces of the skin, of local anti-inflammatories could give rise to unwanted effects on the body and allergies.
