Ingredients
Steamed chickpea flour, steamed white bean flour, steamed hulled yellow pea flour.

How to use
Cook in plenty of boiling water for 4 minutes. Do not use tomato sauce.
Preparation
INGREDIENTS:
- 40 g rustic legumes;
- 120 g of yellow datterini tomatoes;
- 15 g of shelled walnuts;
- 1 teaspoon of grated Parmesan;
- 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil;
- salt: to taste.
METHOD:
Bring the water for the legume rustici to a boil. In a nonstick pan, add the extra virgin olive oil and sauté the chopped yellow datterini tomatoes until they form a thick cream. Add the finely chopped walnuts and a pinch of salt. Cook the legume rustici for about 4 minutes. Once cooked, transfer them to the pan and combine with the datterini and walnut cream. Sprinkle with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Warnings
Maintain adequate daily water intake. Do not use as a sole source of nutrition.
Conservation
After opening, store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
