Dimann Puro is the natural food supplement to be used during the acute phases of cystitis.
Dimann Puro contains 80 capsules of 500 mg of D-Mannose from Birch (i.e. the highest quality and purest derivation of Mannose).
It is possible to open the capsules and dissolve the contents in water, thus making it easier for those who have swallowing problems.
The absence of particular contraindications allows its use even in pediatric age.
Dimann Puro is gluten-free, naturally lactose-free and 100% vegan.
How much D-Mannose should I take?
If you are in the acute phase of cystitis (and therefore with full-blown cystitis)
Start with one capsule (500mg dose) of Dimann Puro
After one hour, take another capsule
Continue with one capsule every 2/3 hours
Repeat for a total of 6/7 times a day for the first 3 days
Recommended intake:
every 3 hours, 6 times a day for the first 3 days
On the fourth day , if the symptoms have regressed, it is possible to gradually reduce the dosage by eliminating one capsule per day.
On the fifth day
Once you reach 3 capsules daily, follow the maintenance dosage below.
Maintenance
If you are starting to take Dimann Puro after a course of antibiotics or at a time when you do not have acute cystitis in progress (for example you have completed the intake listed above), start with:
3 capsules of Dimann Puro per day to be taken 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and 1 in the evening (before going to sleep)
continue for at least a month.
At the beginning of the second month you can start gradually reducing the daily dosage:
alternate one day 3 capsules and one day 2 capsules
continue for a week.
If the pain gradually decreases in intensity, you can further reduce the dose :
alternate one day 2 capsules and one day 1 capsule
continue for a week.
As the situation improves, continue with :
1 capsule per day (before bed) for a week
After the above week, take 1 capsule every other day for one (last) week
If sexual intercourse is also the trigger for cystitis for you (it happens to most women), always take one capsule of Dimann Puro after intercourse. In the following 24 hours take 3 capsules.
If there is any sign of a flare-up of cystitis , return to the dosage of the previous week. If the pain increases dramatically, start again from the first recommended dosage.
Take Pure Dimann D-Mannose in the best way
1) Empty your bladder before each intake.
2) If you cannot swallow the capsule, pour its contents into 150 ml of a drink (still and preferably lukewarm)
3) 1 hour after taking it, drink plenty of water to allow the D-Mannose and the bacteria attached to it to be expelled.
4) The last dose of the day should be taken with a small amount of liquid, only in this way will the bacteria (which will try to reproduce during the night) find enough D-Mannose against them.
5) If you wake up at night to urinate, remember to take a capsule of Dimann Puro (NB only if you are in the acute phase)
