Erythritol is a natural sweetener belonging to the polyol or polyalcohol family (like xylitol and glycerin or glycerol), found in nature in many fruits and foods. Stevia and katemfe grow respectively in South America and Africa, where they have been used for centuries as natural sweeteners.
The extracts of these plants have a high sweetening power, in fact the extract of stevia leaves sweetens 400 times more than sugar and that of katemfe fruits 2500 times. Furthermore, the special purification of these extracts allows to obtain a product with a very pleasant and sweet taste like sugar.
Dolce NATURA, used as a sugar substitute, can be useful in all dietary programs where you want to reduce your daily caloric intake, as well as in the diet of those who need to limit the increase in blood glucose. It can also help maintain tooth mineralization.

How to use
Suitable for sweetening herbal teas, coffee, tea or other hot or cold drinks, it can also be useful for preparing low-calorie desserts.
One scoop of Dolce NATURA (0.25 g-0 kcal) sweetens as much as a teaspoon of common sugar (5 g–20 kcal).

Warnings
Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
